So there are these shoes...
...and I really want them. The only problem? I don't know where to find them!
Have a look - here they are, so beautifully complementing a pair of jeans from The Gap's new 1969 line. (Which, let me just say, looks pretty fantastic. And they're all under $70 a pop.) Anyway, back to the shoes. I've been doing some digging on Piperlime and a couple other places, and I can get close... but haven't hit a home run yet. I even went so far as to email the Gap customer service people. They told me, "These shoes are either props provided by our advertising company, or are those worn by our models to the production." Alas, here are some potential alternatives. What do you think? Which are your favorites? I'm leaning toward numbers two, five, and eight.

Clean, crisp, tailored, all-American classic and still decidedly masculine. Nice work, Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Call me. (Lose the cigarette though, thanks.)
