Had a story in the Boston Globe on Thursday detailing how to make your own plant terrariums. Here's the full story, which takes you through the process step-by-step. The photos above are of a terrarium which favors more of a wet environment. I put another one together which was drier, using succulents like Jade and Hens and chicks. (Check out the photo below.) Instead of using rocks, I think it would also be cool to use things like seashells, seaglass, and even bits of coral.

As an aspiring horticulturist, I want to fill my room or even our garden with a terrarium that contains different types of succulent plant. I believe that having plants surrounding our home gives us relaxation that we needed.
